AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between AffVector ("AffVector", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") and any individual or legal entity approved to participate in the AffVector Affiliate Program ("Affiliate", "Partner", "you", or "your").
This Agreement establishes the legal relationship between the Parties and governs your participation in the AffVector Affiliate Program.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or promoting any Offer available through AffVector, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
1. Parties
This Agreement is concluded between:
AffVector, the operator of the AffVector Affiliate Platform, and
the Affiliate, being any individual or legal entity whose application has been approved by AffVector.
Both parties shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
2. Registration
To participate in the AffVector Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
AffVector reserves the right to request additional information or documentation necessary to verify the Affiliate's identity, business activities, ownership of traffic sources, or compliance with applicable laws.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
AffVector may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
The Affiliate is responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times.
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1 AffVector Rights
AffVector reserves the right to:
approve or reject any Affiliate application;
suspend or terminate any Affiliate account in accordance with this Agreement;
modify, suspend, or discontinue any Offer, campaign, or Platform feature;
verify traffic quality and investigate suspected fraudulent activity;
withhold or reverse commissions generated through invalid or prohibited traffic;
update this Agreement in accordance with Section 7.
3.2 Affiliate Obligations
The Affiliate agrees to:
comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws;
provide truthful registration information;
promote Offers using lawful and ethical marketing methods;
refrain from generating fraudulent, misleading, or artificial traffic;
protect login credentials and maintain account security;
cooperate with compliance or fraud investigations when reasonably requested.
The Affiliate remains solely responsible for all activities conducted through its account.
4. Term
This Agreement becomes effective upon approval of the Affiliate's application by AffVector.
Unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement, it shall remain in force for an indefinite period.
Participation in specific Offers may begin or end independently of this Agreement.
5. Liability
Each Party shall be responsible for its own actions and omissions.
AffVector does not guarantee the availability of any Offer, campaign, commission level, tracking system, or advertiser.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AffVector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from participation in the Program.
The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless AffVector from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Affiliate's breach of this Agreement or violation of applicable law.
6. Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice.
AffVector may immediately suspend or terminate the Affiliate's account without prior notice if the Affiliate:
breaches this Agreement;
engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices;
provides false or misleading information;
violates applicable laws or regulations;
damages the reputation or legitimate interests of AffVector or its Advertisers.
Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the effective date of termination.
AffVector may withhold unpaid commissions where fraud, invalid traffic, or material breaches are reasonably suspected until the matter has been resolved.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AffVector is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.
8. Amendments
AffVector may amend this Agreement from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or commercial changes.
Updated versions will be published on the AffVector website and become effective on the date specified therein.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding participation in the AffVector Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to its subject matter.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

PAYMENTS POLICY

1. Purpose
This Payments Policy explains how commissions are calculated, approved, and paid to Affiliates participating in the AffVector Affiliate Program.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Affiliate Agreement.
2. Commission Models
AffVector may offer one or more of the following commission models:
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Revenue Share (RevShare)
Hybrid
Custom Commercial Agreements
The applicable commission model is specified for each Offer within the Platform.
3. Commission Approval
Commissions are considered provisional until validated by the Advertiser and approved by AffVector.
AffVector reserves the right to reject or adjust commissions resulting from:
duplicate conversions;
fraudulent traffic;
chargebacks;
cancelled registrations;
invalid player activity;
technical errors.
Only approved commissions are eligible for payment.
4. Payment Schedule
Affiliate payments are processed according to the payment schedule specified in the Affiliate Dashboard.
Payment dates may vary depending on the Advertiser's reporting and settlement cycle.
AffVector will make reasonable efforts to process approved payments on time.
5. Minimum Payment Threshold
Payments are issued only after the minimum withdrawal threshold has been reached.
The current minimum payout amount is displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard.
Balances below the minimum threshold are automatically carried forward to the next payment cycle.
6. Payment Methods
AffVector may support multiple payment methods, including:
Bank Transfer
SEPA
SWIFT
Cryptocurrency
Electronic Payment Systems
Available payment methods may vary by country and currency.
7. Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from commissions received through the AffVector Affiliate Program.
AffVector does not provide tax advice.
8. Payment Holds
AffVector may temporarily suspend payments where:
compliance verification is pending;
identity verification is incomplete;
suspicious traffic is under investigation;
fraud prevention procedures are in progress;
additional documentation has been requested.
Payments will resume once the relevant review has been completed.
9. Commission Reversals
AffVector reserves the right to reverse previously credited commissions where:
fraud is identified;
duplicate transactions are detected;
advertiser corrections are received;
reporting errors occur;
contractual obligations have been breached.
Where possible, AffVector will provide the reason for any adjustment.
10. Currency
Unless otherwise agreed, all commissions are calculated and paid in the currency specified within the Affiliate Dashboard.
Exchange rates may be applied where payments are made in a different currency.
11. Payment Disputes
Any payment-related dispute must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the payment date.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
AffVector will investigate each request and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Changes to this Policy
AffVector reserves the right to amend this Payments Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication in the AffVector Trust Center unless otherwise stated.

TRAFFIC POLICY

1. Purpose
This Traffic Policy defines the quality standards and marketing practices required for all traffic delivered through the AffVector Affiliate Program.
Its purpose is to protect Advertisers, Affiliates, and AffVector from fraudulent, misleading, or low-quality traffic while ensuring fair attribution and sustainable partnerships.
2. General Principles
Affiliates must promote Offers using lawful, transparent, and ethical marketing practices.
All traffic must originate from legitimate user intent and comply with applicable laws, advertising regulations, and the requirements of the relevant Advertiser.
Affiliates are responsible for the quality of all traffic submitted through their accounts, including traffic generated by employees, contractors, agencies, or sub-affiliates.
3. Permitted Traffic Sources
Unless otherwise restricted by an Advertiser, the following traffic sources may be accepted:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Paid Search (PPC)
Display Advertising
Native Advertising
Social Media Marketing
Email Marketing (with valid consent)
Push Notifications
Influencer Marketing
Mobile Applications
Content Websites
Communities and Forums
Video Platforms
Streaming Platforms
Acceptance of a traffic source does not guarantee acceptance of all traffic generated through that source.
4. Prohibited Traffic
The following traffic is strictly prohibited:
Bot traffic
Automated traffic generation
Click farms
Cookie stuffing
Forced clicks
Incentivized registrations unless expressly approved
Malware or spyware
Pop-under installations without user consent
Traffic generated through hacked websites
Domain spoofing
Fake identities
Fake registrations
Fake deposits
Stolen payment methods
Proxy fraud
VPN abuse where prohibited
Misleading advertisements
False claims regarding Advertisers
Spam
Trademark infringement
Brand impersonation
Unauthorized use of advertiser logos or trademarks.
5. Brand Protection
Affiliates may not:
impersonate an Advertiser;
create websites designed to appear as official websites;
purchase restricted branded keywords where prohibited;
use misleading domains or social media accounts;
falsely represent themselves as employees or representatives of AffVector or any Advertiser.
6. Traffic Validation
AffVector reserves the right to monitor and validate all traffic.
Traffic may be reviewed using:
automated fraud detection;
behavioral analysis;
conversion validation;
duplicate detection;
device fingerprinting;
advertiser feedback;
manual compliance reviews.
Traffic that fails validation may be rejected.
7. Invalid Traffic
Traffic may be classified as invalid where it includes:
duplicate users;
fraudulent conversions;
invalid registrations;
chargeback-related activity;
abnormal conversion behaviour;
artificial engagement;
suspicious traffic patterns;
violations of this Policy.
Invalid traffic shall not qualify for commission.
8. Enforcement
Where this Policy is violated, AffVector may:
reject conversions;
reverse commissions;
place payments on hold;
request additional information;
suspend Offers;
suspend the Affiliate account;
terminate participation in the Program.
The chosen enforcement action shall depend on the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.
9. Policy Updates
AffVector may amend this Traffic Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be available through the AffVector Trust Center and becomes effective on the date of publication.

COMPLIANCE POLICY

1. Purpose
This Compliance Policy establishes the legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable to all Affiliates participating in the AffVector Affiliate Program.
Its purpose is to ensure that all marketing activities are conducted responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to every Affiliate, employee, contractor, agency, and sub-affiliate acting on behalf of an Affiliate.
Compliance with this Policy is a mandatory condition of participation in the AffVector Affiliate Program.
3. Legal Compliance
Affiliates shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in every jurisdiction where they conduct marketing activities.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for determining whether an Offer may legally be promoted within a particular country or territory.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Affiliates shall not knowingly engage in activities related to money laundering, terrorist financing, financial crime, or any other unlawful conduct.
AffVector reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate suspected of involvement in such activities.
5. Know Your Customer (KYC)
AffVector may require identity verification before approving an account, processing payments, or continuing cooperation.
Requested documentation may include:
Government-issued identification;
Proof of address;
Company registration documents;
Tax identification details;
Information regarding traffic ownership.
Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of the Affiliate account.
6. Data Protection
Affiliates must process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Affiliates are responsible for obtaining any legally required user consent before collecting, storing, or transmitting personal information.
7. Sanctions Compliance
Affiliates shall not conduct business with individuals, organizations, or jurisdictions subject to applicable international sanctions or trade restrictions.
AffVector reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any relationship that presents sanctions-related risks.
8. Responsible Marketing
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional materials are truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
Marketing activities must not:
target minors;
contain false or deceptive claims;
encourage irresponsible gambling where prohibited;
imitate official government or advertiser communications;
use fake testimonials or fabricated reviews.
9. Monitoring and Audits
AffVector may conduct compliance reviews, request additional documentation, and audit Affiliate activities at any time.
Affiliates agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests and provide requested information without undue delay.
10. Violations
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
written warning;
temporary suspension;
rejection of traffic;
withholding of commissions;
termination of the Affiliate account;
reporting to competent authorities where required by law.
11. Policy Updates
AffVector may amend this Compliance Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, regulatory requirements, or operational practices.
The latest version shall be published in the AffVector Trust Center and becomes effective on the date specified therein.

TECHNOLOGY POLICY

1. Purpose
This Technology Policy establishes the technical standards governing the use of the AffVector Platform, including tracking technologies, APIs, reporting systems, and security requirements.
Its purpose is to ensure accurate attribution, reliable performance, and secure interaction between Affiliates, Advertisers, and AffVector.
2. Platform Availability
AffVector makes reasonable efforts to maintain the continuous availability of its Platform.
Scheduled maintenance, software updates, security improvements, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access to certain services.
AffVector does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
3. Tracking Technology
AffVector uses industry-standard tracking technologies to attribute clicks, conversions, and commissions.
Tracking may include:

Postback URLs (Server-to-Server)
Tracking Cookies
Click Identifiers
Conversion IDs
Device Attribution
Session Tracking
Affiliates are responsible for implementing tracking correctly.
Incorrect implementation may result in inaccurate reporting or loss of commission.
4. API Access
Where API access is provided, Affiliates must use it only for authorized business purposes.
API credentials are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
AffVector may apply reasonable rate limits, authentication requirements, and usage restrictions to protect Platform stability.
Unauthorized API usage may result in suspension or revocation of access.
5. Reporting
The AffVector dashboard provides performance reporting for informational purposes.
While AffVector strives to maintain accurate reporting, temporary discrepancies may occur due to advertiser validation, synchronization delays, fraud investigations, or technical maintenance.
The final validated data provided by the Advertiser shall prevail for commission calculation where applicable.
6. Security
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Affiliates shall:
protect login credentials;
use strong passwords;
enable multi-factor authentication where available;
immediately report suspected unauthorized access;
maintain secure systems used to access the Platform.
AffVector reserves the right to suspend accounts where security risks are identified.
7. System Integrity
Affiliates shall not:
interfere with Platform operations;
attempt unauthorized access;
reverse engineer any Platform component;
introduce malware or malicious code;
exploit software vulnerabilities;
manipulate tracking mechanisms;
overload Platform infrastructure through automated requests.
Such activities constitute a material breach of this Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including Advertisers, payment providers, analytics tools, and technical partners.
AffVector is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.
9. Incident Response
Affiliates must promptly notify AffVector upon becoming aware of:
compromised accounts;
API credential leaks;
tracking failures;
data breaches affecting Platform integration;
other significant security incidents.
Timely reporting helps minimize operational and security risks.
10. Policy Updates
AffVector may update this Technology Policy to reflect changes in technology, security standards, or Platform functionality.
The current version will be published in the AffVector Trust Center and shall become effective on the date indicated therein.

GOVERNANCE POLICY

1. Purpose
This Governance Policy establishes the principles, ethical standards, and operational rules that govern participation in the AffVector Affiliate Program.
It is intended to promote transparency, integrity, accountability, and long-term cooperation between AffVector, Affiliates, and Advertisers.
2. Business Ethics
Affiliates are expected to conduct business honestly, fairly, and professionally.
Affiliates shall not engage in deceptive, abusive, or unethical business practices that may harm users, Advertisers, or the reputation of AffVector.
3. Professional Conduct
Affiliates shall:
communicate professionally with AffVector and Advertisers;
provide accurate information;
avoid conflicts of interest;
respect contractual obligations;
cooperate in resolving operational issues.
Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, software, documentation, and other intellectual property belonging to AffVector or its Advertisers remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials only for authorized promotional purposes.
Modification or unauthorized use of brand assets is prohibited.
5. Confidentiality
Affiliates shall keep confidential any non-public information received from AffVector or Advertisers, including commercial terms, technical documentation, business strategies, and proprietary data.
Confidential information may not be disclosed without prior written consent unless required by applicable law.
6. Artificial Intelligence
Affiliates using artificial intelligence tools to create marketing content remain fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of such content.
AI-generated materials must not:
contain false or misleading information;
impersonate official communications;
infringe intellectual property rights;
violate advertiser guidelines;
deceive end users.
7. Reputation Protection
Affiliates shall not take any action that may damage the reputation, credibility, or commercial interests of AffVector or its Advertisers.
This includes false public statements, unauthorized announcements, misleading advertising, or intentional reputational harm.
8. Conflict Resolution
AffVector encourages disputes to be resolved through direct communication whenever possible.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Parties shall follow the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Affiliate Agreement.
9. Violations
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in:
corrective action;
suspension of access;
termination of partnership;
restriction of Platform access;
additional legal remedies where applicable.
10. Policy Updates
AffVector may revise this Governance Policy from time to time.
The current version shall be published in the AffVector Trust Center and shall become effective on the date specified therein.
